If you’d like to return an item, contact our friendly Customer Service Team on email info@foxyskin.me within seven days of receiving your item.

It’s important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you do not like a product you receive, we will gladly issue a refund as long as the item is still in it’s original packaging, unopened, unused and sent back to us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Returns that are damaged (including the packaging), soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to a customer. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

When you pay for your item by credit or debit card, then the amount paid for each item will be refunded directly onto your card – please note that this can take few days to appear in your account. 

Unfortunately we don’t offer an exchange service. We will simply issue you a refund if you have paid with either a credit or debit card and you can reorder another product then.The refunds will be done through the original mode of payment.

When shipped outside the UAE, Foxyskin FZ LLC items may be subject to import duties and taxes. Foxyskin does not pay these duties and taxes, and you are not charged for these at the time of placing your order. These costs will be invoiced by the shipping carrier upon delivery of your items and you’ll be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Duty and tax rates vary from country to country, and also depend on the items that are being shipped. We have no control over these charges and encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
