USAGE

Bath:
Add 1-2 cups Of the Islands magnesium bath crystals to a warm bath, soak for 20 minutes to get maximum benefit.

Footsoak:
Add half to 1 cup Of the island magnesium crystals to a foot bath with warm water. The water should be covering the ankles, it's a good place to absorb magnesium.
